About Oscar

A Real Estate Advisor Focused on You

Real estate is Oscar's focus today — but the path here started in the corporate world, where years of customer service and leadership experience shaped the way he works with people now. That background built the communication skills, follow-through, and steady negotiation style he brings to every transaction.

As a bilingual Real Estate Advisor, Oscar helps buyers, sellers, first-time homebuyers, and investors throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding communities — in English and en español.

What Oscar Brings to Every Client Relationship

Making the move from a corporate career into real estate meant bringing along the habits that mattered most: clear communication, careful listening, and steady follow-through from the first conversation to closing day.

  • Clear, honest communication at every step
  • Negotiation experience focused on your best interest
  • Bilingual service — English & Español
  • A steady, no-pressure approach to a big decision

Areas of Focus

  • First-time homebuyer education and guidance
  • Certified ADU Specialist — accessory dwelling unit potential and strategy
  • Investment and multifamily property experience
  • Deep familiarity with the San Fernando Valley market

The Process

How Oscar Works With You

Every client starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch. Oscar wants to understand your goals, your timeline, and your budget before talking about specific homes or prices, so the plan fits your life rather than the other way around.

From there, he explains each step in plain language, shows you the numbers behind every decision, and stays in touch until the keys change hands.

  • A free first consultation about your goals and timing
  • A clear plan with the numbers: pricing, costs, and options
  • Regular updates from offer or listing to closing
  • Help in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer

Service Area

Where Oscar Works

Oscar's office is at 9301 Oakdale Ave #115 in Chatsworth, and most of his clients buy and sell in the San Fernando Valley: Chatsworth, West Hills, Northridge, Granada Hills, Porter Ranch, Canoga Park, Woodland Hills, and Reseda. He also helps buyers and sellers in Lancaster, Palmdale, and Bakersfield.

Together with Gus Rodriguez of BLVD Estate Properties and loan officer David Martinez, Oscar hosts free first-time homebuyer classes online. Read how one family went from a class to their own keys in under two months.

Community

Giving Back to the Community

Outside of real estate, Oscar has spent years volunteering with organizations that serve Kern County and beyond.

  • Habitat for Humanity International — building homes for families in need (2007–2014)
  • MEND (Meet Each Need With Dignity) — disaster and humanitarian relief, volunteering since 2016
  • Power of Sight Foundation — volunteer staff supporting free eye care clinics for underserved communities

Family

Beyond Real Estate

When I'm not helping families find their next home, I'm with mine. I've been married to my wife Gaby for 24 years, and together we have four kids: three daughters and a son, and now a granddaughter too. Sundays are family day in our house. We have family dinners, cheer on LAFC, and explore new places together, all while keeping up with Chloe, the real boss of the house. Family is at the center of everything I do, and it's why I take helping yours so personally. To me, a home isn't just a transaction. It's where life happens.
